The Project Mitra stemmed from the clients' need to improve the company's internal structure for a more modern adaptation, as the company is located in an old building. This adaptation involves expanding the number of bathrooms, adding new meeting rooms, and creating a new leisure area on the upper floor.

LAB General Store

The LAB General Store project was developed from the clients' desire to create a young bar with an industrial feel. LAB is divided into two areas: the bar on the ground floor and a speakeasy-style pub located on the lower floor.

Casa 9 Gastronomy

The Casa 9 project stemmed from the demand of clients already working in the high-end gastronomy sector who wished to renovate a house to establish a restaurant/bar. The project started with an industrial concept but incorporated refined elements as a counterpoint and distinctive lighting effects that would create comfort and surprise for customers.

Prattus - Volvo Lapland

In this project, the clients approached us to create a renovation plan aimed at providing comfort to the space. The Volvo company cafeteria was cold and lacked identity; therefore, the proposal was to combine the concept of the Prattus logo with the space's design, creating an environment with warmer colors that would provide impactful and pleasant sensations to those present.
This is another customized project for the catering company Prattus.

The client needed an expansion project for the lower area of the clinic, and in addition, a complete renovation of the facade was carried out!

Cherry SPA

Delicacy and brutality can indeed coexist in the same space! For the Cherry SPA project, we needed a bold design with furniture that conveyed the necessary delicacy for a beauty salon. To achieve this, we used steel rebar painted with Rose Gold automotive paint in the niche structure, which made all the difference to the concept!

Fast Escova

This project was completed for the Fast Escova beauty franchise. It's very interesting when we work on franchise-related projects! Franchises have architectural manuals to follow, which can often complicate the architect's creative process, but it makes the project more challenging! The final result has been very rewarding!

In this project, the clients approached us to create a renovation plan aimed at providing comfort to the space.
