KS HOUSE was a project developed for clients who value contact with nature, and who appreciate bright, minimalist environments!

Casa Suizu

SUIZU HOUSE was a bold project where we faced the need to fill a large plot of land, with a 30-meter frontage, intended for a single-story house. Therefore, we opted for a wide and imposing facade, where the materials linked to the project's concept would be exposed throughout the facade's visual range.

We were asked to design a single-story house with a clean facade. We designed the facade with a strong presence of straight lines, thus favoring the horizontality of the design since it was a shared lot. And as a focal point in terms of materiality, we opted for a vertical garden at the main entrance of the house!

Because it's a project outside the standard gated community layout, we were able to make the most of the land. By keeping the gourmet area on the side of the lot, we achieved excellent space utilization, allowing for a very interesting integration between the living room, kitchen, and leisure area.

The clients requested a single-story house design of approximately 200m². The design principles were defined by a bold aesthetic with a strong industrial architectural touch.

The GJ II project was a specific case where the clients ended up requesting a change of premises and a complete reformulation of the previous project, but the new result did not disappoint at all and pleased us very much.

Many design processes follow a continuous path, and in the end, we achieve very interesting results that are approved by clients! But sometimes we reach advanced stages of the project, and the client doesn't always approve the result or even ends up changing the course of the project's assumptions...

Casa Vista

Vista House

Casa Vista started from a study that took into account several important premises requested by the clients, such as an imposing facade, good use of the plot, integrated environments and, most importantly, a privileged view.

AL House

In this project, the biggest challenge was the square footage requested by the clients. Due to the need for a very small construction area, the use of an internal garden and the positioning of the house against one of the property lines allowed for a very good usable area for the residence and also an interesting possibility for the corner facade.

RD Project

In this project, the client needed a loft to live in and entertain friends during leisure time. We were given free rein to design the maximum with the minimum, and the work process was fantastic! We'll be posting photos of the construction soon!

Murilo's Studio Apartment

Project for the volumetry and finishes of a multi-family dwelling. In this case, the client approached us to create the detailed design for the construction, encompassing the building's volumetry, finishes, and facade. This type of case is very common in our field, especially when the client only has the floor plans for approval by the legal authorities. The volumetry is an integral part of the whole and is of paramount importance to the final concept of the project!

For this project, the clients initially approached us to carry out a renovation to get the house ready for sale. However, they liked the result so much that they ultimately chose to continue living in the residence.

WE Project

The client asked us to create a residential project for two semi-detached houses on their plot of land located in Campos dos Goytacazes, Rio de Janeiro. The aim of the project was to optimize the space allowed by the size of the plot as much as possible and to achieve a simple design but with a distinctive aesthetic.

FR Project

In this residential project, the client requested a small house that would still offer all the necessary comfort for living and also for receiving guests during leisure time. For the architectural concept, we opted for a blend of Brutalist architectural elements in the exterior and minimalist elements in the interior.

Project OC

Residential project located in the gated community Quinta do Salto Ecco Residence in the municipality of Araraquara-SP. The client opted for a residence that would attract public attention but at the same time utilize neutral finishes, such as white and dark wood.
